A secret Bush administration memo was recently unearthed dictating cuts in the federal budget for next year: cuts in education, child care, children's health insurance, and other critical programs. And all to save money to pay for more tax cuts for the wealthy. The White House brushed the memo off, saying it was simply a statistical exercise, but now they're telling federal agencies to prepare for cuts to these Draconian levels.
